When adjusting the pins be sure your brake cable slack is loosened on handlebar steering models and on pull lever steering models be sure your levers are all the way towards the dash. Adjust the pins so the master cylinder piston is flush with the case of the master cylinder than lock down the set screw on the lock collar and lock nut on all models prior to 2015. On models 2015 and newer, you will adjust the pin so it touches the master cylinder piston and than go one 1/4 turn for proper adjustment on the Wilwood master cylinder brand.
